Abstract：Objective:A clinic statistic of the patient come to hospital due to abdominal mass and diagnose in huge retro-peritioneal liposarcoma to be report. Through consult some related literatures. To explore the characteristics of the iconography and clinical pathology. Treatment of the status quo also include. Methods:Analyse of this case's clinical pathological data and the diagnosis and treating process,and review related literature at home and abroad. Results:The huge retroperitoneal liposarco-ma has been excided successfully. The patient recovered and no symptom of relapse after followed up for two years. Conclusion: Huge retroperitoneal liposarcoma is rare,it can make a correspond diagnose combine with medical imaging examination and clinical pathological features. The treatment can be effective with estimate sufficiently before surgery and choose a appropriate time to operation.
