Clinic study on endovascular repair on DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of thoracic endovascular aortic repairing treatment with stent -graft for DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection. Methods:Thoracic endovascular aortic repairing for DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection had been performed in 60 patients with clinical data. To analyze surgical methods,complications and short - term results. Results:All 60 patients immediate surgery were successed. The serious postoperative complications included typeⅠ endoleak(n = 8). Conclusion:Thoracic endovascular aortic repairing is a safe and effective treatment for DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection,however, the possible occurrence of life - threatening complications should not be ignored. Short - term curative effect is good,but the further follow - up is necessary to evaluate its long - term effectives.
