Abstract:Objective:To discuss the superiority of multi - mode analgesia epidural space injection of small - dose of mor-phine and tramadol vein patient - controlled intravenous analgesia(pCIA)analgesia in the analgesic effect, complication an breast feeding after the cesarean delivery. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients receiving cesarean delivery were selected and divided into three groups randomly(n = 120). Group A was given continuous vein analgesia:sufentanil 50 μg + tramadol 500 mg + ondansetron 5 mg + physiological saline(NS),till 160 mL mixture(pCIA),background 4 mL/ h,patient controlled analgesia(pCA)every 2 mL,lock time 3 min;Group B was given epidural analgesia:morphine 2 mg for single epidural space injection,1% ropivacaine 200 mg + dexamethasone 5 mg + NS,till 160 mL mixture promotion center for emergency assistance (pCEA),4 mL/ h,2 mL/ time/ 30 min;Group C:combined epidural and vein analgesia:epidural injection of morphine 2 mg +dexamethasone 5 mg + NS 5 mL and Tramadol 500 mg + ondansetron 5 mg + NS till 160 mL mixture pCIA,4 mL/ h,pCA every 2 mL,lock time 3 min. About 40 hours after the surgery, the mean arterial pressure( MA),heart rate( HR),respiration (RR),oxyhemoglobin saturation(SpO2 ),post - operative visual analogue scale(VAS),ramsay score, colostrum, breast feed-ing time and complication occurrence rate, and overall satisfaction shall be observed. Results:Three groups of patients all re-ceived perfect analgesic effect, but the ramsay score, colostrum, breast feeding time, adverse reaction occurrence rate and satis-faction of Group three are obviously higher than that of Group A and B. Conclusion:The multi - mode analgesia epidural space injection of small - dose of morphine and Tramadol vein pCIA analgesia can improve the satisfaction of patients with postopera-tive analgesia of the cesarean delivery, reduce the complications, shorten the colostrum and breast feeding time.
