Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasound guided lung puncture biopsy(US - pCNB)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lung pathology. Methods:Forty - five patients with lung around pathology undergoing routine ultrasound examination,to know the size of the lesion, echo, adjacent and blood supply situation, comprehensive analysis combined with other tests such as CT,MRI,ultrasound guided with one - time automatic biopsy needle biopsy, the specimens by pathological examination. Results:Forty - five patients,3 cases without get specimens failed to diagnosis, the remaining contrast with patho-logical results, benign lesions 16 cases,6 cases tuberculosis,8 cases inflammation,1 case inflammatory pseudotumor,1 case pulmonary abscess;Malignant lesions 26 case,7 cases adenocarcinoma,15 cases squamous carcinoma,4 cases small cell lung cancer. histologic diagnosis positive rate was 93%(42 / 45),and does not appear hemothorax and other major complications. Conclusion:Ultrasound guided percutaneous lung peripheral lesions biopsy, safe, convenient, fast, small trauma,no radioactivi-ty,high diagnostic rate, fewer complications, has good clinical application value.
