The analysis on clinical use of blood products

Abstract：Objective:To summery some nearly five years of clinical use of blood products,provide the basis for blood col-lection and management. Methods:To compare the clinical blood,department blood and rate of component blood transfusion from January 2009 to December 2013 Results:Total and partial use of blood products haven't changed much,composition blood transfusion rate was 99. 1%. To compare department blood,surgical department was the most. Blood transfusion indications co-incidence rate was 93. 5%,the blood transfusion adverse reaction rate was 1. 1%. Conclusion:Situation has gradually towards standardization of clini cal blood use. But still need to strengthen the management of blood products and use of the work.
