The applied analysis of bedside nursing responsibility system in department of cardiovascular medi-cine

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of bedside nursing responsibility system in department of cardio-vascular medicine. Methods:The patients and medical staff from 2011 April to 2013 April in department of cardiovascular med-icine were treated as the research object,the patient and the medical care personnel reasonably by the bedside nursing respon-sibility system,to analyze the medical staff job performance and test scores and compares it with the hospital nursing staff,nurs-ing results summary cardiovascular department of internal medicine. Results:After the bedside nursing responsibility system of cardiovascular medical staff performance and had higher scores than the average score of the nursing staff,the difference be-tween groups was significant(P﹤0. 05). There is statistical significance. Cardiovascular patients after the patient's bedside care and awareness of responsibility nursing satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion:The bedside responsibility nursing model applied to clinical nursing work can improve the nurses' professional quality,patient awareness and satisfaction,nursing effect is very obvious.
