The action of health education for the compliance of emale patients with urethral syndrome

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the influence of health education on treatment compliance of patients with female ure-thral syndrome( Fus). Methods:A total of 92 Fus patients were enrolled and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group(46 patients in each group)in hospital from March 2011 to April 2013. The patients in the experimental group were treated with a planned,purposeful health education based on the routine ways,while the patients in the control group only received the routine treatment. Treatment compliance was compared between the tow groups. Results:Patients treatment with compliance in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group on psychological adjustment,proper diet,be-havior,proper medication. and surgical treatment(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Health education can significantly improve the Fus patients compliance treatment. It plays an important role in relieve symptoms and reduce recurrence and improve the quality of life.
