Clinical treatment of premature rupture of membranes

Abstract：Objective:Summarizes the clinical treatment of premature rupture of membranes. Methods:In January 2011 -December 2012 hospitalized the clinical data of 136 patients with premature rupture of membranes and treatment results were analyzed. Results:Premature rupture of membranes accounted for 11. 8% 22 of the total number of delivery. Full set of preterm birth rate was 13. 9%,the cesarean delivery rate was 40. 4%;Neonatal asphyxia rate was 17. 6%,and neonatal mortality was 2. 29%. Conclusion:Premature rupture of membranes had better implement the expectant treatment,according to the size of the fetus is dangerous to select the timing and manner of delivery,delivery timely choose cesarean section,can reduce the mortality of newborns.
