Verification of microbial methodothy for Xianlongjiedu decoction

Abstract：Objective:To establish a microbial limit test for Xianlongjiedu decotion. Methods:On the basis of《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》2010,the recovery rate was studied by using five strains mascyline bacteria. Results:Using plate method,the recoveries of five tested bacterial strain were more than 70%22in the cation of Xianlongjiedu decoction. Escherichiacoli、staph-ylococcus aureus、bacillus subtilis、asperqillus niger measure up to the given standard. Conclusion:Xianlongjiedu decoction have no inhibitory effect on the tested bacterial strain. The methods established suitable for microbial limit test of this product.
