Clinical application of the orbital hydroxyapatite implants and methyl acrylate

Abstract：Objective:To observer the effect of the surgical techniques of the natural orbital hydroxyapatite(HA)im-plants and the methyl acrylate(PMMA)righteousness eye movie implant. Methods:There are 31 cases 32 eye completed the operation of HA implants. During the operation sew the HA with six oculi rectus and within or without string implants. If around sclera,or surgery of changing Bio - eye balls,put the HA deep into the muscle pyramid from fenestration of wrapped sclera. One month after operation the PMMA righteousness eye movie can be implanted to cover half,or punch and Fixed it after half year. Results:Followed - up 24 ~ 36 months after implants. All the grafts survived and no immunological rejection occurred. No influence. No deviation,only two′s conjunctiva opens in three days,sutured it again,opens again,and then self - cure without treatment. Conclusion:Implants with the modified HA ocular is simple,effective,more safe,less complications at first stage. The PMMA righteousness eye movie transfers all available movement. It has less rejection and artistic.
