The clinical treatment result analysis of multiple fractures

Abstract：Objective:To summary the clinical treatment and curative effect of multiple fractures retrospectively. Methods:The clinical data of 74 patients with multiple fractures and treatment from January 2010 to December 2011 hospitalized were analyzed. Results:Twelve cases of conservative treatment of fracture,7 cases of conservative treatment before surgery,open re-duction and internal fixation of 28 cases of open reduction and internal fixation of fracture and debridement surgery,29 cases of open reduction and internal fixation. All the patients with fracture healing and functional recovery. Conclusion:Patients with multiple fractures should accurately assess the injury,in order to save lives as the principle,take different approaches fracture treatment,in order to improve the cure rate and reduce the complications.
