Research of concentration of lipids in patient of pregnancy induced hypertension

Abstract：Objective:Objective To investigate the changes of lipids level in patients suffering from pregnancy induced hy-pertension. Methods 55 patients admitted to the hospital suffening from pregnancy induced hypertension were studied as test group and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group,and 30 healthy women unpregnant as normal control group. Detection of CHO,TG,HDL - C and LDL - C. Result When compared with normal control group,the level of CHO,TG, HDL - C and LDL - C in the control group was all much higher;The concentration of CHO,TG and LDL - C in test group was significantly higher than the control group,but the level of HDL was much lower,especially in severe PIH patients. Conclusions Detection of CHO,TG,HDl - C and LDL - C in patients suffering from pregnancy induced hypertension is good to find the pa-tients,also good for monitoring the disease.
