Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of plasmapheresis combined with glucocorticoid combined for inflammatory myositis. Methods:To analyze the treatment and prognosis situation of plasmapheresis combined with glucocorticoid combined for 8 cases with inflammatory myositis. Results:The clinical symptoms of myasthenia and skin eruption have obvious improve-ment. The white blood cell(WBC),erythrocyte sedmentation(ESR),glutamic - oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),creatine ki-nase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(HBDH)low-er than pretherapy. Conclsion:Plasmapheresis combined with glucocorticoid combined for inflammatory myositis has satisfactory curative effect.
