Status quo and implications of genetic specialist nurse training at home and abroad

Abstract：This article synthesized the status quo of genetic specialist nurse training abroad,and in combination with advancements in the field of genetic nursing in China,provided targeted insights.The aim was to clarify the role positioning of genetic specialist nurses,strengthen the cultivation of their specialist nursing competencies,establish standardized training processes and certification criteria,and plan for their continued education.These efforts were intended to promote the development of the genetic specialist nursing workforce in China.
