Abstract:Objective:To construct a scientific and standardized evaluation index system for digital resilience in nursing undergraduates. Methods:Utilizing the conceptual model of digital resilience as a theoretical foundation, the initial framework for the index system was developed through literature review and semi-structured interviews.Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were employed to finalize the evaluation index system for digital resilience among nursing undergraduates. Results:Two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted, with effective questionnaire response rates of 100%and 95%,expert opinion submission rates of 42.11%and 33.33%,expert authority coefficients of 0.875 and 0.900,coefficients of variation of 0.060-0.225 and 0.000-0.155,and Kendall's harmony coefficients of 0.171 and 0.248,respectively(all P<0.001).The final evaluation index system included 5 primary indicators(perceived digital risks, cognitive coping strategies, learning knowledge and skills, overcoming digital pressure, and adapting to the digital environment),20 secondary indicators, and 46 tertiary indicators. Conclusions:The evaluation index system for digital resilience in nursing undergraduates is scientific, practical, and highly operable, which could provide reference for evaluating the performance and adaptability of nursing undergraduate students in digital learning environments.
