Abstract：It systematically reviewed the current understanding and practice of fertility preservation among medical staff in oncology-related departments,explored its influencing factors,and proposed intervention strategies to improve the cognitive and behavioral status of medical staff,in order to promote more effective implementation of fertility preservation for cancer patients.
