Abstract:Objective:To construct a home-based agile exercise fall prevention program for patients with subacute ischemic stroke,to provide a basis for fall prevention management in stroke patients. Methods:Based on the health action process approach(HAPA)theory,a preliminary draft of the home-based agile exercise fall prevention program for patients with subacute ischemic stroke was developed through literature review and group discussions. The Delphi method was applied to finalize the program. Results:Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted. The questionnaire response rates of 83.33%and 100.00%,respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.840.Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.333 and 0.300,respectively(both P<0.001).In the second round, the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.05 to 0.23.The item importance scores ranged from 3.93 to 4.93.The full-score rates ranged from 33.3%to 93.3%.The finalized program included 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators, and 27 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The home-based agile exercise fall prevention program for patients with subacute ischemic stroke is reliable, scientific, feasible, and safe.It could provide a basis for developing fall prevention management interventions for patients with subacute ischemic stroke.
