Abstract：It systematically reviewed the application progress of large language models(LLM)in psychological care assessment,intervention,and health education.It points out the risks and challenges encountered during their application and proposes targeted strategies.The aim is to provide scientific guidance for researchers,promote the deep integration of LLMs and psychological care,and further optimize China's mental health service system to enhance work efficiency.
