Abstract:Objective:To explore the latent profiles of person-environment fit creativity among healthcare workers and to analyze the characteristic differences and influencing factors across these profiles. Methods:A total of 492 healthcare workers from four tertiary grade A general hospitals in Hunan province were surveyed from November 2024 to January 2025 using general information questionnaires, the Person-Environment Fit Creativity Scale, the Creative Self-Efficacy Scale, the Innovative Behavior Scale, the Leader Empowering Behavior Scale, and the Work Engagement Scale.Latent profile analysis was used to identify the potential categories of person-environment fit creativity.Logistic regression was applied to analyze the influencing factors of different profiles. Results:The latent profile analysis revealed that healthcare workers' person-environment fit creativity could be categorized into three latent classes:low-level adaptive type(32%),medium-level dynamic type(58%),and high-level synergistic type(10%).Logistic regression results indicated that education level, average monthly income, publication of papers or patents, creative self-efficacy,innovative behavior, leader empowering behavior, and work engagement were influencing factors for the different categories of person-environment fit creativity(P<0.05).Conclusions:Healthcare workers' person-environment fit creativity is at a medium level with significant group heterogeneity. It is recommended that healthcare institutions implement targeted incentive policies based on the characteristics of different categories of person-environment fit creativity, and gradually build an ecosystem that stimulates healthcare workers' creativity.
