Abstract：This paper reviewed the role and potential mechanism of time-restricted feeding in regulating cognitive impairment,and explored the feasibility and safety of time-restricted feeding application,so as to provide new ideas and basis for the prevention and treatment of cognitive disaster-related diseases through time-restricted feeding.
