Research progress on the decisional conflict of cancer screening for first-degree relatives of cancer patients

Abstract:This article reviewed the current situation of the decisional conflict in cancer screening for first-degree relatives of cancer patients.It summarized the influence of factors such as individuals,medical care,social support and health literacy,disease cognition and risk perception on the dilemma of screening decision-making.Furthermore,it proposed potential strategies to address these challenges,with the aim of guiding healthcare professionals in developing personalized decision-support tools for cancer screening.
