Optimization of the patient-centered satisfaction evaluation system for ophthalmic day surgery

Abstract：The factors influencing the satisfaction of patients undergoing ophthalmic day surgery were analyzed.Strategies were proposed,including refining the pre-operative education model to enhance patient understanding,optimizing medical service processes to reduce patient waiting time,strengthening medical team building to improve doctor-patient communication,improving post-operative care services to promote patient recovery,and valuing patient feedback to drive continuous service improvement.These measures were aimed at enhancing the overall service quality of ophthalmic day surgery.
