Application of predictive nursing in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing based on the control of postpartum hemorrhage risk factors in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:A total of 86 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each.The patients in observation group received predictive care based on the control of postpartum hemorrhage risk factors,while the patients in control group received routine care.The postpartum hemorrhage volume at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery,negative emotions[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],hemodynamic index levels(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate)and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences in terms of postpartum hemorrhage volume at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery,SAS scores,SDS scores,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,and incidence of complications between two groups of parturients(P<0.05).Conclusions:Predictive nursing based on the control of postpartum hemorrhage risk factors could effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension,lower the incidence of complications,relieve negative emotions of pregnant women,and enhance the delivery experience of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
