Abstract:Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the willingness of patients with coronary heart disease to participate in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation after surgery. Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,119 postoperative patients with coronary heart disease who participated in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation in the department of cardiovascular medicine of First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The general information questionnaire of patients, the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart(TSK-SV Heart),and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(MSPSS)were used for the investigation to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness of patients with coronary heart disease to participate in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation after surgery. Results:Among the 119 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease,94 cases(79%)were willing to continue participating in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation, while 25 cases(21%)were unwilling to continue participating in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level,TSK-SV Heart score,MSPSS score and one-way hospital rehabilitation time were the influencing factors of the willingness of patients with coronary heart disease to participate in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions:Medical staff could take targeted measures for patients with low educational attainment, low social support, long one-way hospital rehabilitation time, and fear of exercise to enhance the willingness of postoperative patients with coronary heart disease to participate in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation.
