Application of information-based file management in the management of radiology staff in hospitals

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of information-based file management in the management of radiological staff in hospitals.Methods:A total of 359 hospital radiation workers who received routine management from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the control group.A total of 372 hospital radiation workers who received information archive management from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation group.Compared the radiation protection effect,management quality,work efficiency,completion rate of paper documents,completion rate of private network information,and management satisfaction between two groups.Results:The scores on the correct use of personal dosimeter,the correct use of protective equipment,regular physical examination as required,and the conformity of personal dose monitoring value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of management methods,management effect,work efficiency,assessment form,management content and training methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The completion rate of paper certificate,private network information and management satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of information-based file management in the management of hospital radiology staff has good effect,which helps to improve the protection effect and safety,to enhance the management quality and work efficiency,so as to achieve higher management satisfaction.
