Influence of solution focused approach combined with early comprehensive intervention on urinary retention and psychological status of primiparas after delivery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of solution focused approach combined with early comprehensive intervention on urinary retention and psychological status of primiparas after delivery.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 120 parturients who gave birth in the obstetrics department of a tertiary grade A hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and intervention group based on hospitalized data,with 60 cases each.The control group was given early comprehensive intervention.And the intervention group implemented solution focused approach on the basis of that in the control group.The incidence of postpartum urinary retention and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of urinary retention in the intervention group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%).And postpartum anxiety and depression level were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Solution focused approach combined with early comprehensive intervention could reduce the incidence of postnatal urinary retention in primiparas,and improve the negative mood of parturients.
