Construction of emergency care management plan for patients with septic shock

Abstract：Objective:To establish emergency nursing management plan for patients with septic shock.Methods:The preliminary draft of emergency nursing management plan for patients with septic shock was constructed through literature analysis.And the final draft of emergency nursing management plan for patients with septic shock was formed based on expert inquiries.Results:A total of 15 experts completed 2 rounds of inquiry.And the effective response rate of the questionnaire of both rounds were 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.81 and 0.85,respectively.The Kendall's W of all levels of indicators in the second round of inquiry ranged from 0.480 to 0.630(all P<0.001).Coefficient of variation ranged from 0.08 to 0.12.The final emergency nursing management plan for patients with septic shock included 6 first-level indicators(early assessment and monitoring,liquid therapy and adjustment,drug management and monitoring,symptomatic supportive treatment,continuous condition assessment and monitoring,comprehensive nursing management)and 17 second-level indicators and 52 three-level indicators.Conclusions:The emergency nursing management plan for patients with septic shock constructed is scientific,practical and targeted.
