Status quo and influencing factors of sleep procrastination,depression and anxiety in liver transplantation patients

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of bedtime procrastination,depression,and anxiety among adult liver transplant patients.Methods:A total of 105 adult liver transplant patients were surveyed using the Bedtime Procrastination Scale(BPS),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),and their influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The bedtime procrastination score among adult liver transplant patients was 26.0(22.0,27.5),the depression score was 8.0(6.0,12.0),and the anxiety score was 7.0(4.0,12.0).Regression analysis showed that the presence of diabetes,living with parents/parents-in-law,and occupational status were influencing factors for bedtime procrastination;having debts,satisfaction with housing conditions,and fatigue were influencing factors for depression;and fatigue and sense of well-being were influencing factors for anxiety.Conclusion:Adult liver transplant patients experience moderate bedtime procrastination and mild depression and anxiety.Individualized nursing interventions can be developed based on these influencing factors.
