Abstract:Objectives:To explore the threshold effect of exercise fear on rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:A total of 205 patients with chronic heart failure were investigated by general data questionnaire, exercise rehabilitation compliance scale for patients with chronic heart failure and exercise fear scale for patients with chronic heart failure.Single factor and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted, and smooth fitting curve was established to analyze the threshold effect and explore the influence degree of influencing factors. Results:The compliance score of patients with rehabilitation exercise was(23.29±9.72),and the score of sports fear was(25.67±9.36).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, weekly exercise frequency, number of chronic diseases, and fear of exercise were the main influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance(all P<0.05).The threshold effect analysis showed that the level of exercise compliance was not affected when the exercise fear score was≤18(P>0.05),and it decreased with the increase of exercise fear score when the exercise fear score was>18(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients with chronic heart failure have a low level of rehabilitation exercise compliance, and their fear of exercise is in the middle level. The Fact-CHF score>18 can be used as a monitoring index for the influence of exercise fear on exercise compliance. And the influence of gender, previous exercise habits, number of chronic diseases should also be considered.
