Construction of"Internet+nursing service"risk indicator system

Abstract：Objective:To construct a risk indicator system of"Internet+nursing service"and to provide some references for risk management of"Internet+nursing service".Methods:The"Internet+Nursing Service"risk indicator system was constructed through literature search and semi-structured interview methods.At the same time,based on the"WBS-RBS theoretical model",the WBS-RBS risk matrix was constructed.Then,the Delphi expert inquiry method was used to inquire about relevant experts in the field.Results:The questionnaire response rates for three rounds of expert inquiry reached 75.00%,93.30%,and 100.00%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.928,0.843,and 0.953.The coefficient of variation in the third round of correspondence ranges from 0.000 to 0.222.The Kendall's harmony coefficients for the third rounds reached 0.131(P<0.05).A risk indicator system of"Internet+nursing service"was formed finally,which included 3 first level indicators,9 second level indicators and 21 third level indicators.Conclusions:The risk indicator system of"Internet+nursing service"is scientific and reliable.It could provide some references for risk prediction,risk identification and risk control of"Internet+nursing service".
