Abstract：Pulmonary hypertensive crisis of congenital heart disease is a dangerous disease with high mortality.Perioperative prevention and emergency nursing strategies are the keys to save patients'lives.Our hospital in collaboration with 14 medical institutions nationwide,has developed a group standard for the"Prevention and management of perioperative pulmonary hypertension crisis in congenital heart disease",which standardizes the monitoring and identification of pulmonary hypertension patients,the key points of prevention,identification and emergency nursing for pulmonary hypertension crisis.This article interpreted the recommendations in the standard,aiming to provide support for clinical nurses to understand and apply the standard.
