Construction of training program for specialist nurses of chronic respiratory diseases

Abstract：Objective:To construct a training program for specialist nurses of chronic respiratory diseases,so as to improve the management level of chronic respiratory diseases and to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:Based on Taylor's behavioral goal theory and Hamric's advanced nursing practice theory,the training program was constructed through literature review,semi-structured interview,expert group meeting and Delphi method.Results:The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 88.24%and 93.33%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.913 and 0.933,respectively.The Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.263 and 0.244,respectively(both P<0.001).The final training program for specialist nurses of chronic respiratory diseases included four primary indicators:training objectives,training management training content,and assessment methods,as well as 19 secondary indicators and 71 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The training program for specialist nurses of chronic respiratory diseases has high scientificity and reliability.And it could provide reference for the training of specialist nurses of chronic respiratory diseases.
