Abstract:Objective:Based on the Delphi method,to construct an early postoperative activity plan for patients undergoing tumor type hip arthroplasty, and to explore the impact of early activity on postoperative rehabilitation of patients. Methods:A research group was established to preliminarily construct an early postoperative activity plan for patients undergoing tumor type hip arthroplasty through literature review and focus group interviews. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted based on the Delphi expert consultation method, and the initial draft plan was improved.A total of 100 patients with tumor type hip arthroplasty admitted to our orthopedic department from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in control group were guided to exercise according to the conventional mode after surgery, while the patients in experimental group were intervened according to the early activity plan constructed in this study. The postoperative rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The effective response rate for both rounds of questionnaire were 100.00%,with authority coefficients of 0.860 and 0.885 for expert inquiry, significance variation coefficients of 0.00-0.21 and 0.00-0.17,and Kendall's W of 0.252 and 0.231(all P<0.05).The final constructed early postoperative activity plan for tumor type hip arthroplasty, which included 9 primary indicators and 36 secondary indicators. The total incidence of related complications in the experimental group patients was lower than that in the control group within one month after surgery. At one month after surgery, hip joint function were significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of an early postoperative activity plan for patients undergoing tumor type hip arthroplasty based on the Delphi method can provide a basis for scientific guidance of patients'early postoperative activity, and is beneficial for improving the postoperative rehabilitation effect of the patients.
