Abstract:Objective:To investigate the status quo of family resilience of patients with Parkinson's disease,to clarify its influencing factors and action path, and to provide reference for the intervention research of family resilience of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods:A total of 291 pairs of Parkinson's disease patients and their main caregivers who received outpatient and inpatient treatment in the department of neurology of our hospital from April to September 2023 were selected as the investigation objects.A study was conducted by using the general data questionnaire,Family Hardiness Index(FHI),Family Adaptation,Partnership,Growth,Affection,Resolve(APGAR),Self-Management Efficacy Questionnaire for Patients with Parkinson's Disease,Parkinson's disease Caregiver Burden Questionnaire(PDCB)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results:The family resilience score of patients with Parkinson's disease was 54.93±5.81.The results of linear regression analysis showed that the duration of disease, the average monthly income of the family, the education level and working status of the caregiver, the family function of the patient, the caregiver's burden and social support were the main influencing factors of family resilience in patients with Parkinson's disease(P<0.05).Bootstrap analysis showed that social support played a partial mediating role between family function and family resilience, with an effect value of 0.302,accounting for 48.63%of the total effect.Caregiver burden played a partial mediating role between family function and family resilience, with an effect value of 0.112,accounting for 18.04%of the total effect. Conclusions:The family resilience of patients with Parkinson's disease is at a medium level.Medical staff should actively improve the family function of patients, pay attention to and alleviate the physical and mental burden of caregivers, timely evaluate and strengthen the social support of patients, and provide personalized intervention guidance for families with different backgrounds,so as to improve the family resilience of patients with Parkinson's disease.
