Construction of perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt

Abstract：Objective:To construct perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS).Methods:Literature were retrieved,item pool of perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS was formed based on evidence-based results.Delphi expert inquiry was conducted to construct perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS.Results:The constructed perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS included 5 first-level indicators(preoperative nursing、intraoperative nursing、postoperative nursing、prevention and nursing of intraoperative complications、prevention and nursing of postoperative complications),16 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.2 rounds of expert inquiry were conducted,with both questionnaire response rate of 100.0%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.805 and 0.835,respectively.The Kendall's W were 0.258 and 0.339,respectively(both P<0.01).The coefficient of variation for all indicators in the second round of expert inquiry was less than 0.200.Conclusion:The constructed perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS is scientific and reliable,it can provide reference for perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention of TIPS.
