Abstract:Objective:To construct and evaluate the feasibility of pulmonary rehabilitation exercise compliance intervention scheme for patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Based on the Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change(ITHBC),the first draft of the intervention plan was developed through literature research and semi-structured interviews, and the plan was revised by the Delphi expert consultation method. Objective Sampling method was used to select stable COPD patients in the outpatient department of a tertiary hospital in Beijing, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group to implement intervention and evaluate its feasibility. The control group carried out routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group guided the patients to carry out pulmonary rehabilitation according to the constructed intervention plan. Results:The constructed intervention plan included 4 themes, which were accurate assessment, knowledge, trust and"dependence",self-growth and"dependence",and 17 contents. After 12 weeks intervention, the compliance of breathing and exercise in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ITHBC theory based pulmonary rehabilitation exercise compliance intervention scheme for stable COPD patients has good clinical feasibility and practicability, which is helpful to improve patients'breathing and exercise compliance.
