Abstract:Objective:To construct a perioperative nursing sensitive index system for mediastinal tumor resection under video-assisted thoracoscope, aiming to provide reference for promoting the quality of specialized nursing care in hospitals. Methods:The quality standard system of perioperative nursing care for mediastinal tumor resection under video-assisted thoracoscope was initially formulated through systematic literature review,semi-structured interview and hospital expert meeting based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model of"structure-process-result",Delphi method was used for inquiry, demonstration and modification, and the weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results:The questionnaires recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 85.71%and 100.00%respectively,the expert authority coefficient(Cr)of the second round expert correspondence was 0.897;The importance assignment score of each index in the second round of correspondence were 4.23-5.00,and the coefficient of variation(CV)was 0.000-0.147;The Kendall's W values of the two rounds of correspondence were 0.714 and 0.825 respectively(P<0.05).The constructed perioperative nursing sensitive index system for mediastinal tumor resection under video-assisted thoracoscope included 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators. Conclusion:The constructed perioperative nursing sensitive index system for mediastinal tumor resection under video-assisted thoracoscope is scientific and reliable, the selected evaluation index can comprehensively, accurately and systematically provide a basis for the continuous improvement of nursing quality in thoracic surgery specialty.
