Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of intermittent tube clipping combined with pelvic floor function training on bladder function rehabilitation of patients after radical cervical cancer resection. Methods:A total of 240 patients with indwelling catheter after radical cervical cancer resection admitted from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected, selected. These patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 120 cases each group. In the two groups of after radical cervical cancer surgery according to the doctor′s advice to determine the time of removing the urinary tube, 3 days in advance for intermittent clip training.Patients in the study group were trained in pelvic floor function on the basis of intermittent tube clipping training. Both groups of patients underwent B-type ultrasonic examination on the day of removing urinary catheter to check bladder residual urine, then to compare the bladder residual urine volume, reset rate of urinary catheter, GCQ score and SPB score. Results:The residual urine volume of the bladder in the study group and the control group was respectively (68.5±28.9) ml and (84.7±48.9) ml.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .The replacement rate of ureter in the study group and the control group was respectively 30.8% and 65.8%.On the 3 rd day, the 14 th day and the 20 th day after the operation, the GCQ scores of the two groups showed a gradually increasing trend (P<0.05) compared with that on the third day before the operation, and these in the study group was higher (P<0.05) .On the 3 rd, 14 th and 20 th day after surgery, SPB scores of the two groups showed a gradually declining trend compared with the 3 rd day before surgery (P<0.05) , and those in the study group was lower (P<0.05) .Conclusions:Intermittent tube clipping training combined with pelvic floor function training could help patients recover bladder function after radical resection of cervical cancer, reduce the incidence of urinary retention and the rate of repeated indwelling urinary tube.
