Abstract：It reviewed and summarized the studies on emotional intelligence of nursing staff under the perspective management, sort out the influence and basic framework of emotional intelligence on management factors in nursing organization and analyze the strategy based on emotional intelligence of nursing human resource management in the future, to provide some ideas for hospital nurses to make better use of emotional intelligence to improve work performance and human resources management.
