Abstract:Objective:To construct a questionnaire on the satisfaction of inpatients in fast track surgery and test its reliability and validity to provide an objective measurement tool for evaluating the service quality of patients in fast track surgery. Methods:Through literature research and Delphi expert consultation, the questionnaire on the satisfaction of inpatients in fast track surgery was preliminarily developed, and the convenience sampling method was used for the preliminary investigation.Questionnaires were distributed to fast track surgery ward in a third grade A hospital, and its reliability and validity were tested. Results:After expert consultation and preliminary investigation, a scale consisting of 4 factors and 17 items was finally formed. The internal consistency reliability (Cronbach′s alpha coefficient) of the total table was 0.907, and the Cronbach′s alpha coefficients of all factors were 0.719-0.843.The sub-semi-reliability was 0.868 and 0.817 respectively, and the correlation coefficient between the two parts was 0.667.Four common factors were extracted by principal component analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate was 63.662%.Pearson′s correlation coefficients among all factors were 0.237~0.402, and the pearson′s correlation coefficient between all factors and the total score of the scale was 0.216~1.000.Conclusions:A questionnaire on the satisfaction of inpatients in fast track surgery with good reliability and validity was initially formed, which provided a good evaluation tool for the evaluation of clinical nursing work in fast track surgery ward.
