Establishment of evaluation index system of first aid nursing quality in acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction
Abstract：Objectives:To establish an evaluation index system of nursing quality in acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) patients,and to evaluate nursing quality for STEMI scientifically.Methods:The content of the evaluation index system and the weight of each index were determined by consultations from 29 experts,which were performed based on the Delphi method.Results:The evalua-tion index system for STEMI nursing quality was determined after two-round expert consultation,including 3 first-level indexes,16 secondary-level indexes and 48 tertiary-level indexes.Conclusion:The evaluation index system established in this study was scientif-ic,reliable and practicable.It could be performed to evaluate the nursing quality for STEMI patients.
