Construction of evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly
Abstract：Objective:to explore and establish the evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly. Methods:on the basis of literature review,group discussion,and panel meeting,the evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly was preliminary drawing up.Delphi method was used to conduct a two-round questionnaire and consultation among 20 experts to obtain the consistency opinion,and construct the preliminary evaluation index system of training in-stitutions for nursing personnel for the elderly.Results:The questionnaire effective recovery rates of two-round expert consultation were 100% and 90%;the expert authority coefficients were 0.880 and 0.865 ;coordination coefficients were 0.272 and 0.517,respec-tively.The preliminary constructed evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly including five first-level indicators,19 secondary-level indicators,and 49 tertiary-level indicators.Conclusion:The constructed evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly had certain scientific and could be the references for the personnel who evaluated the training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly.The further empirical research was needed to test.
