Influence of intensive nursing combined with evidence-based nursing on negative emotion ,sleep quality and limb function of patients with knee osteosarcoma undergoing knee replacement
Abstract:To explore the effect of intensive nursing combined with evidence-based nursing on negative emotion, sleep quality and limb function of patients with knee osteosarcoma undergoing knee replacement.Meth‐ods:A total of 120 cases of osteosarcoma patients treated with knee arthroplasty from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected.Accord‐ing to the different nursing methods, they were divided into two groups. The patients in control group(n=60)received routine nurs‐ing and evidence-based nursing intervention. The patients in observation group(n=60)received intensive care and evidence-based nursing intervention. The effects of different nursing methods on negative emotion, sleep quality and body function of the patients were observed. Results:The observation group after the intervention of patients with Hamilton Depression Scale score(10.22 ± 2.01),Hamilton Anxiety Scale score(8.45 ± 2.14)and visual analogue scale(3.11 ± 1.24),were lower than that in control group(17.32 ± 3.45)(15.75 ± 3.67)(4.98 ± 2.51),there was statistical significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).After intervention, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of observation group(5.23 ± 1.64)was lower than that in control group(7.54 ± 2.84),knee function score(86.57 ± 18.65)was higher than that in control group(72.63 ± 16.24),there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).After the intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.33%)was higher than that of the con‐trol group(80.00%),there was statistical significant difference between two groups(χ2 =10.439,P<0.05).Conclusions:Intensive care combined with evidence-based nursing intervention can promote limb function recovery of patients with osteosarcoma after total knee arthroplasty, improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction, and alleviate their negative emotions.
