Abstract：This article reviewed the assessment status quo of diabetic foot ulcer wound from medical staff and patients' cognition of diabetic foot ulcer,wound evaluation methods,and assessment tools.It analyzed the existing problems of diabetic foot ulcer wound management from two aspects of medical treatment and nursing intervention and provided a reference for achieving the systemically and standardized clinical implementation of diabetic foot ulcer of chronic wound care.
