Study on reliability and validity of Chinese version of Family Caregiver Task Inventory of enterostomy patients
Abstract：Objective:To test the reliability and validity of Chinese version Family Caregiver Task Inventory of patients with enterosto-my,and to provide evidence for assessing caregivers'caring ability.Methods:A total of 284 caregivers of enterostomy in Zhenjiang were randomly selected and revised by The Chinese version of the FCTI scale.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested with project analysis,exploratory factor principal component analysis,and confirmatory factor maximum likelihood estimation.Results:In Chinese version of revised FCTI Scale,total Cronbach s'alpha coefficient was 0.873.The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of five sub-scules was 0.790~0.920,the split half reliability of the total scale was 0.824,the split half reliability of all subscales was 0.835~0.926,the content validity was 0.836.A total of 5 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.482%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the overall fitting degree of the model was good,andχ2/df was 1.126,the approximate error root mean square (RMSEA)was 0.038,and the comparison fitting index (CFI)was 0.973.Conclu-sions:The revised Chinese version of FCTI had good reliability and validity for the caregivers of enterostomy patients.
