Correlation of family intimacy and adaptability and experiential avoidance in female patients with myocardial in-farction
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the correlation between family intimacy and adaptability of the female patients with myocardial in-farction and the patient's experiential avoidance.Methods:From March 2017 to June 2017,in the Department of Cardiology of two third grade A hospitals in Xi'an,Shaanxi,284 cases of female patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the subjects by convenient sampling method.Family Adaption and Cohesion Evaluation Scale,acceptance and action questionnaire-Second Edition were used to evaluate.Results:The score of family actual intimacy in female patients with acute myocardial infarction was(66.68±8.24),the ideal intimacy score was (70.59±6.38),and the degree of intimacy dissatisfaction was (7.52±4.15).They were higher than the na-tional norm(P<0.05).The score of family adaptability was (49.18±7.26),the ideal adaptive score was (55.91±5.37),and the de-gree of adaptive dissatisfaction was (6.31±3.99).They were lower than the national norm(P<0.05).The extremist,intermediate and balanced families were 57 (20.1%),92 (32.4%)and 135 (47.5%).Empirical avoidance score was (18.26±7.64),empirical a-voidance was negatively correlated with actual cohesion and actual adaptability (P<0.05),and it was positively correlated with the degree of dissatisfaction to intimacy and adaptability (P<0.05).Female patients with acute myocardial infarction in extremist fami-lies had the highest empirical avoidance scores.Conclusions:Medical staff should pay attention to female family function adjustment after myocardial infarction,promote family members'intimacy and help family members adapt to the change as soon as possible.
