Construction of quality control management system for central sterile supply department
Abstract：Objective:To establish a comprehensive,scientific and operational quality control management system for central sterile supply department.Methods:The Delphi method was used to conduct a questionnaire consultation with 41 experts.The control management system for central sterile supply department was established according to the experts' advice.Results:The effective recoverrates of the two rounds of experts were 100.00％ and 97.56％,respectively.The expert authority degree was 0.905 and 0.915,respectively,and the coordination coefficients were 0.08 and 0.09,respectively.After two rounds of consultation,expert opinions converged.A quality control management system consisting of 3 primary indexes,21 secondary indexes,and 88 third-level indexes was constructed.Conclusions:The results of this study were scientific,comprehensive and reliable.It could provide a reference for the establishment of the quality control management system for central sterile supply department.
