Application of Delphi method to establish operating room pressure ulcer related factors record sheet
Abstract：Objective:To construct the pressure ulcer related factors record sheet fitting the characteristics of operation room nursing specialist.Methods:the research group was established,and to determine the purpose of the survey and make the expert letter inquiry form.The 15 experts received three consult by using Delphi method,and carry out the analysis and arrangement for the consult re-sults.Results:the Authoritative degree of experts in three rounds of consult was respectively 0.914 2,0.860 1 and 0.913 7.The coor-dination of opinions of experts was 0.89.Thirty-three items of operating room pressure ulcer-related factors record sheet were i-dentified.Conclusions:The formed operating room pressure ulcer-related factors record sheet provided the assessment tool for risk assessment of pressure ulcer during operation.
