Analysis of work status quo its of specialist nurses and influencing factors in Jiangxi province
Abstract：Objective:To inquire into the work status and influencing factors of specialized nurses in Jiangxi prov-ince.Methods:A total of 361 specialist nurses who had obtained the certificate from 11 specialities were investi-gated with self-designed questionnaire in Jiangxi.Results:The total score of specialist work development was (4.27 ± 3.41),including 3 dimensions scores of clinical practice,nursing teaching and nursing management were highest,and the scores of 2 dimensions of nursing research and expert consultation were relatively lower;Multi-ple stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the professional work were professional title, hospital grade,continuing learning,management system,and performance coefficient.Conclusion:The special work of specialist nurses is not good,and the scores of all specialist were uneven in Jiangxi.The Department should attach importance to the training and management of specialist nurses and take effective measures in combination with the related factors to give full play to the role of specialist nurses.
