Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing practice based on AIDS clinical nursing practice guidelines related evidence on the quality of life of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infected pa-tients/AIDS patients.Methods:151 cases of HIV infection patients/AIDS patients were divided into two groups according to the order of outpatient visits. The control group was given routine outpatient follow-up guidance, on the basis of routine outpatient guidance, the intervention group was led by a full-time nurse to carry out evi-dence-based nursing intervention based on the relevant evidence in the AIDS clinical nursing practice guide,in-cluding treatment compliance intervention, symptom assessment and treatment, psychological support,individu-alized information support, group intervention, active telephone reminding, and so on.A simplified Chinese ver-sion of the MOS-HIV quality of life scale was used to evaluate the effect before intervention and after interven-tion for 3 months and 6 months. Results:After the repeated measurement of variance analysis, group effect of healthy feeling(P=0.089),time effect(P=0.000),interaction(P=0.177);the group effect of emotional func-tion(P=0.514),time effect(P=0.029),interaction(P=0.025);The overall quality of life group effect(P=0.226), time effect(P=0.000),interaction(P=0.031);the trend of score change in the intervention group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:Early introduction of evidence-based nursing practice based on AIDS clinical nursing practice guide evidence played an important role in improving the patient's healthy feeling,emo-tional function and improving the quality of life.
